I can't recommend Sharon and her Musikbugs class enough! Firstly, Sharon is an absolutely wonderful teacher. She is patient, kind, nurturing and best of all FLEXIBLE - an absolute god send when you're raising little ones. My daughter lights up the minute we walk into Sharon's classroom and absolutely loves every single minute of our time there.
The classes are a wonderful mix of consistency and going with the flow. Sharon has a great instinct for the temperaments and ever-changing needs of bubs. She is also a great resource in terms of development and the amazing benefits that music can have.
Being new to the Central Coast, I was looking for activities to get myself and my bub out of the house, to meet new people and have social interaction. I am so so glad I found Sharon's music class. My son was only 4 months old when he started and he has loved it from the very first class. He has learnt so much & is always so happy and engaged during the lesson. Can't recommend these classes enough!
Kindermusik classes at the Piano Bug Music School are the highlight of our week! Sharon is such a lovely teacher with great energy that the babies are in awe of. Her classes are always varied and the little ones love the exposure to different instruments and musical exercises. In addition to being educational and important for development, it has been a wonderful bonding experience for me and my baby.
We started going to Sharon's Kindermusik when my girls where 8 months and 2 years old. Both my girls loved Sharon's music classes. Sharon's ability to engage with them is exceptional. My older daughter is now taking piano lessons from Sharon. Again, Sharon is very intuitive and goes with the flow of the child rather than a set routine. I hope to have my younger daughter learning piano with Sharon when she is old enough.
So much better than the alternative music classes offered on the coast! We loved our time when my son was younger with Sharon at Kindermusik! Look forward to taking my newborn when he is a little older!
My 11 month old son and I have been attending classes at the Piano Bug Music School for two terms. We look forward to every class! The Kindermusik program provides great opportunities to discover new ways of engaging with my baby and helping him to learn. But without a doubt Sharon, our teacher, is the big draw card. My son absolutely loves her! She provides stimulating classes and a warm, relaxed environment for him to enjoy and experience music and movement.
I have been doing Sharon's music classes with my son since he was 4 months old and now he's nearly one and both of us love it! Sharon is a wonderful and caring teacher with lot of experience and knowledge about children's development. Sharon would always point out what type of play through singing and dancing stimulates particular development. And still to this date every class there is a new piece of information that relates to my baby as he grows. Not to mention all the wonderful musical instruments my baby gets to play with. It's been a year since my little one started with her piano class under Miss Sharon's patient teaching. She is very happy and never wants to miss a class. It is our luck to have a teacher be very kind and patient to teach a little child. Blessings!
I always knew Sharon would one day make the transition from Kindermusik educator (teaching for someone else) to having her own Kindermusik studio...and in between she was a Kindermusik parent in my classes...what more could you want in a music teacher and developmental educator? Go Sharon...all I keep hearing are good things about your classes and it is so lovely having Kindermusik educator buddies on the Coast now.
My 6 year old daughter has been attending since the start of this year and loves it. The lessons are fun and my little girl has made great progress at her own pace.
We love the Piano Bug, my son loves learning the songs and whilst he doesn't always join in, Sharon always helps encourage and involve him in the class. 5 stars from us.
My daughter had a brilliant time at her music classes. We started when she turned one. She learned so much new vocabulary through each months theme, and had lots of musical fun doing it!
