ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Sharon Hatton and I would like to invite you on a musical journey with Piano Bug Music!
 Sharon Hatton
- Studio Owner and Director
Piano teacher and Kindermusik Educator, Piano Bug Music
After teaching music and piano as a primary school music teacher in Singapore for about 10 years, and Kindermusik and piano lessons in Sydney for about 4 years, Sharon started up Piano Bug Music, on the Central Coast, in 2013. Her very own studio, Piano Bug Music started off as Kindermusik classes and piano lessons to a handful of students, from her living room. This has now grown to over a 100 students on musical journeys each week at Piano Bug Music with a teacher team…..and growing!
Nothing gives her greater happiness than watching her students thrive and find joy in their piano playing. She also loves her cuddles with her little Musikbugs in her Kindermusik classes, and loves watching them grow into beautiful people.
Together with her wonderful team of teachers, she aims to ignite that musical spark and encourage every student to keep growing and learning in their musical journeys.
Her most favourite thing to do, however, is going home every evening to her hubby, two children and their family dog, Smudge.

Bel Marsden is a devoted mum of three beautiful kids and two fur babies. She was raised in a musical home and has brought the same environment to her own children. She spent her upbringing performing within her family's talent school (Johnny Young Talent School) and has continued to work in the creative arts. She has worked in child entertainment, which involved faceprinting, balloons, etc. She has also worked behind the scenes in theatre shows and a variety of other platforms.
She thoroughly enjoyed teaching young ones, singing and performance for Gina Jeffrey's. It gave her great joy seeing the growth and confidence developing in the kids. She is also a lifestyle photographer and loves creating special memories for people. She is passionate about child development and loves all kids but definitely has a spot for the babies!
Kindermusik has been a large part of her family's life. She is so excited to be a part of the team and being on this musical journey with all the families.
